I decided to create KATT with Perrine when I saw more and more news reporting on how food was impacting kids and their learning experience.
I believe it matters what you expose little kids to.
All I know about cooking is thanks to my grandma and my mom cooking a lot… on a daily basis but also having a lot of people over. I feel so fortunate to have had that early exposure to cooking so it does not impress me. I have basic understanding of food alchemy thanks to my family and I want to share that with others and open a world of opportunities, showing it doesn't have to be complicated.
